Experience is Key
Having lived in the Bethany Beach area her entire life, Ashley knows more than most about the "Quiet Resorts". She loves to share her excitement for the place she calls home.
After college, Ashley married her husband Neil. Ashley worked with Neil in his luxury custom home business, Brosnahan Custom Homes, Inc, as the executive coordinator. Ashley helped Neil make sure each and every dream of their clients became a reality.
The commitment to their clients was taken another step furthur with the creation of Delaware's premier concierge service, Serenity Service, LLC. This company takes care of maintaining their clients homes after the building process is complete and offers other exceptional services for the enjoyment of their clients.
It only seemed natural for Ashley to take her career one more step by becoming a REALTOR. Just as in all of her endeavers, esperience, dedication, and commitment to her clients are most important.
Family Life
The thing that Ashley is most passionate in life is her family. Spending time with her husband Neil, daughter Mikaela, and son Devon, are what makes her the happiest. Whether it be boating, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying a night on the boardwalk, they take full advantage of what the area has to offer.
Ashley is very involved in the local community. She spends her spare time participating in commumity fundraising, volunteering at her children's schools, and is an active member of the PTO.
